the one group that we know of that wanted to scuttle the board has now been locked out with the injunction to power united- timing is amazing too as who knows how things may have ended up and if Evraz may have not only backflipped on voting for marampa, but perhaps voted with Power?
anyhow, does anyone know if Brett Matich is on the board of any companies on the ASX at the moment and which ones?
