forgive my ignorance, but if the "restructure proposal delivers little or no value to noteholders", then, assuming it is "no value" (and the way this bunch "me me me" directors/management treats their investors), how in hell is that BETTER than admin?

it might be better for THEM, because they keep taking their huge salaries and bonuses.... at least with VA this crap might get sorted and we MIGHT be able to stop them repeating history with other poor investors monies at other companies.....

of course, i could be wrong..... i invested in this dog - it was too late when i realised the fleas ran it.
