In my opinion, which will be brief, the current board are a bunch of rent seeking parasites - I will be voting no to all resolutions and I think any shareholder that votes for the additional 10% cap raising has rocks in his or her head and will likely see a share price of sub 7 cents as these drongos will use it.

Killian is way overpaid for the value he adds (he has articulated no new vision - his strategic review came back with essentially no change - and he has said nothing to suggest he actually understands or see anything different to Ross - his only virtues are in not being Ross - so he doesn;t have Rosses baggage of downstating the shareprice in the Kohler interview as nobody in their right mind would offer that now -- - I find it offensive that directors that help dropped the share price down to here should be talking about a premium of 45 % on the current shareprice (and asking for authorisation for another 10% cap raising) which they helped sink us down to - I will find it extremely offensive if any of the directors get any sort of windfall in any exit via takeover because I think they've been value destroyers.

IF Fujifilm come out of left field with a takeover offer I will wonder if these nuff nuffs and Ross were working for Fujifilm or being their useful idiots all along.

Anyone who thinks Kilian is good at his job ('ll conceed he is personable) I don't think understands what a balls up was the MEND trial and that Kilian as COO almost certainly should have known better than to have designed it or to have associated himself with such a poor design.

The very best can regard this board is they are innocent incompetent self serving drongos as opposed to being dishonest or criminal - I don;t think they are dishonest or criminal - I do think they are greedy and circle jerking self remunerators - rent seekers.

I'd think less of a new director that had the poor sense to associate him or herself with them - I think it would be bad for their career in biotech to do that.

I'd almost rather see WARF take back the licence for non performance than see these directors get cheap undeserved rewards for their value destruction over years.
