A complete lack of vision from the board in terms of building a viable commercial business model.
It has been an effort nothing short of pathetic.
Over the last 5 years with "free money" available, the stock market on a roll and this company collapsed at the knees due to inept commercial decisions.
The lot of them need to have a close look at their abilitiy to run a public company as a viable commercial entity.
