My view is they are simply trading a relatively small parcel. They sold 140,000 at $.56 or thereabouts thinking of buying back at a lower price soon after. Looks a sound strategy to me. Closed on its low for the day which suggests to me we're not quite at the bottom and ready for a bounce.
