This person was cleared by the Courts on the basis that he felt threatened because he was facing terrorism charges and may be target by the police. Therefore, he claimed self defence.
Four upstanding Police officers from NSW have resigned over this incident. The two involved in the arrest are just lambs to slaughter of more left wing political correctness.
