There is no shortage of emplyment for those with the right attitudes, skills and who are obviously willing to get involved with taking responsibility, learning new skills as necessary and getting involved with making the business a success...
However you have to screen through a lot of labor/greenie material, perpetual dole bludgers and potential "work accidents" looking for a lifetime disability payment to find the workers who add real value...
