Stevo, it is hard trying to communicate with a commie like lappie, I got the same guy at my place and all he needs to do everyday is the heavy lifting and I pay him the award and now the 3% increase, but he is pissed off the medicare went up .5%. but try get him to think and then he tells you he does not get paid to think, love to have him on thr management team.....what an asset he will be...the contribution will be first class.
So lets all be equal and then lets see how the place falls apart, hopefully employees will realise one day they do not make a business profitable they contribute and they get paid for that.
