Spot on Stevo, Im in the same boat, got some good staff and they turn up everyday, but if you don't want to step up you can't get the big bucks.
so happy for them to do the heavily lifting but there is limit to how much you pay for that, but has you can see JH is not that sharp, but I'm sure he does a good days work according to his own set of KPA's -
