The finance is not a problem IMO. What we are waiting on is the environment and social impact report submission and subsequent permit to commence construction. Since they have a government decree to get on and mine and they are not to be hindered this should be a mere formality. Banks in debt ridden North America should be falling over themselves to get their business IMO.
