    Mt Martha units price down 21% Dec10 to Mar 11, Rosebud down 16%, Blairgowrie -11%, Mt Eliza -7%, Flinders -20%.

    Drop in clearance rates of the peninsula over past 12 months, Dromana looking a bit sick clearance wise.
