    I've been keeping a close eye on the Mornington Peninsula and it's not looking good. I've recently spoken to Briggs Shaw and Prentice real estate and both have expessed real concerns about the current state of the market on the Mornington Peninsula. No doubt it's a "buyers market" around here at the moment.
