I am really looking fwd to see if the JV to meet their prospective timelines. Its crucial to FAR moreso than the other partners, however each JV partner are in sync with Oct date. I am still cynical, but I am always a cynic.
It would enhance FAR/JV credibility if we did begin in appraisal in Oct.
