Start dates for drilling have nothing to do with credibility, they are what they are just a planned start date, you can't start drilling if the rig is held up on the well it was working on or has had other issues so is out of the JV's hands.
Whoever got the Cajun Express off us waited for weeks because of the delays at FAN...it's just what happens sometimes and we won't know for certain untill the current well in Angola is finished ....I'm not sure if the latest well was started and had a hold up or not but the Rig is anchored up at present...JP may find out...
