I don't think FAR management want to raise capital at these prices .. obviously!! CN has stated thatit would be a great time to raise after good appraisal results and so that would be their intention. At the IP's CN and GR also said that overseas institutions need both more certainty (lower risk after appraisals) and a much higher share price (hence the need for a consolidation). A consolidation is not going to happen at 8 cents .. hence ... no CR at this stage. Little point banging on to institutions until these two things change.

This can change of course but I think that invain was saying that FAR are most likely focussing on what they can control being planning for the evaluation program, and not focussing on the share price which is at the mercy of the oil price and general market sentiment .. that is until the drilling starts!!
