    We were told by the boss that he felt that SXY was a Billion Dollar company

    Maybe the boss has changed his mind for some reason? Since then the PISCO offer is only worth 2/3 of that $1 Billion.

    The Senex board members should be required to declare any future interest with POSCO and disclose their future earnings/offers with POSCO. A shonky real estate agent can't even get away with this. Politicians have to resign in advance of getting into bed with developers etc.
