Like little feeder fish,they will keep picking at these levels and why not. News will poison these parasites once and for all if we get something concrete.
But they do it simply because they can -we need to live with this until something of substance surfaces from POH.
Expect to see a lot more of these small trades at mice levels until something is produced.
