it is difficult to know whether he is accumulating or distrubuting i think.
funds do hold these minnows and the rebalance their portfolios from time to time.
this one has ground it down over quite a long time which could mean that he is trying to get as much as he can.
one thing for sure, if we see a substantial holder notice with a reduced holding then we could say the bot is distributing.
a substantial holder notice with an increased holding will mean accumulation.
of course, he might just disappear and we dont see a notice at all, it depends on who is doing it.
