Hi couchtrader - no disconnect here. The social media posts have been around for over an year now, so they are well known by investors. Most investors will take a conservative view of this company until Phase 2 results for Rett come out with clear evidence to show efficacy apart from the almost given safety.

In the past, the failure of efficacy phases has been quite common in the neuro world - in fact failures happen in trials even when trial patients are convinced that they are benefiting from the drug they are taking. That is why you see the caution with buyers of this share.

While the odds of us getting a clear kick-ass positive efficacy result are quite low (strictly looking at past performance of biotech trials), if you are a believer like I am, this one will most probably come out tops - and you won't see any shyness from buyers when that happens. It will explode quite quickly as that will be a fundamental re-rating of the company shares.
