    SEC in US has been looking into this matter since sept.I think.So far its hot banned so i guess it's legal even though its totally criminal.Think about it u can sell 1
    share at at 10% discount to sp and someone that may have
    $1 million dollars invested in that stock sees their value
    drop $100k even if for an instant.
