Yes Algo, I see it's to sell out or buy in without causing too much of a ripple or shock, but it does hold the market back because were a seller to dump in say two or three moves buyers would zoom in and push the price up pretty fast. It puts us all on hold for days which some take good advantage. I don't approve of it. It makes the opportunities unequal and destroys confidence. It should be outlawed.
