Demon, think that what Parmenio may be referring to is the fact that GE formally announced the selection of Wilmington back at the end of April:

What I like and appreciate about the ongoing sharing of information such as what you have provided is seeing that the GE media machine is well on top of making sure this information is continually socialised, that there is increased awareness of their plans, and that with each article we get new information, and reaches a broader audience.

Again, thanks for posting... Test loop but months away now, it will be massive and then as uphill suggests, we will hopefully have the solar to blow everyones minds and imaginations too.
