Queenfish, I would have to agree 100%, a simple test for it is the application of the rule, about it "being the same for everyone" doesn't apply, you try and get a broker to do that for you! make a number of transactions on the one brokerage fee! It just won't happen, it isn't a level playing field, and something should be done about it IMHO.

But while the ASX continue to allow it's use to happen? then perhaps the smartest thing to do? is to hop onto those same shares that they are applying the bot to, especially if you consider that they want a larger position, at the expense of those with weak hands? surely they can see the value and this is why they are using this system in this way to accumulate?
