Well, we can never be sure of anything. However, there have been three major "seismic" shifts in the golden bull market trends since it began seven years ago.



As yet, it has never violated a major downside trendline. (It kisses them, or comes close to doing so, occassionally, but doesn't violate.)

I'm betting that we have bounced off the bottom of the channel and will now rise.

The only thng which would make me change my mind would be if the fundamentals driving gold's rise were to change. Far from changing, the present massive debauchery of paper currencies worldwide only reinforces gold's uptrend.
