Correct - all that small print around the two big loans / bonds - nobody appears to read it or if they do then they don't understand the implications.
Or maybe they are just unfazed by this. Not being able to price risk is the worst mistake of any investment. We each price this to our own methodology, but to ignore it is foolhardy - IMO.
