yeah the risk factor at $85 for five years would just mean that the company doesn't fold.the op.margins would be very slim compared to the big players anyway,as meager profits have to reign in the debt.basically,that's all you have left with fmg-they could survive,but any spin you try and put on its future profitability is just that.as i said, the sp at best will hover around the low 4"s,regardless of all the ridiculous short buyback theories.then ,as IO slowly sinks towards that $80 to $85 mark,fmg could end up in $2 territory.
ps-it"s probably one of the most reliable stocks to short,the slightest hint of IO going south,causes the consequent massive falls in sp which basically makes it one of those infamous classics.
