I'm not blind to what is in the news. I just don't have a lot of respect (lets say none) for the honesty of journos or their ability to report the truth or accurately.
But, that aside, I don't believe that a Russian invasion is likely and if it does happen, who cares, with all due respect to the people of Ukraine, its not really the centre of the world stage, and the west are not going to war over it, they'll stomp their feet, call Putin names and impose sanctions, but life will go on.
Yes there will be a market hiccup, probably a big one, but then it will get over it.
I know you are a shorter and would like to see lots more volatility, but the people on this forum are probably likely not to sell their stock and run on your news.
If you believe it, good luck with your shorts. I'm continuing to hold because I just checked outside and the sky is still up there.
