Before we all go charging their office like a kamikaze SWAT team, here's a point that we haven't discussed.

On his appointment Stephen Prior did purchase 2,000,000 shares. He would be in the best position to know ADY's books, so would he be that silly to risk his own money if he could see looming receivership? He must be prepared to back his own ability. I have my doubts about his skills but surely in his 5 to 6 years as company secretary he would have learnt something about the mining industry and its operations. I wonder if he has good negotiation skills for any possible JV talks?

Maybe he can clarify his stance to the angry mob at his door:)
