what makes you say that Prior purchased the 2 million shares. The notice said nothing about paying for them.
Maybe they were allocated as terms of his directorship.
Suggest you check it out.
Remember Anderson did not buy one share whilst holding his directorship over many years. All his shares/options were allocated FREE.He then sold and cashed in gains and said goodbye.
