Yep, scandalous for an ASX200 stock to be handling like a spec. One of the other threads was a broker report saying 'spec buy'.
Those fearless bargain hunter(s) who were poo pooing any word of caution at 2.17 the other day should thinking value versus price today.
First question I have is, what is the threshold for passing out of ASX200 and do fund managers who have to hold the index have an obligation to offload as the stock exits the index? This could make matters worse.
The potential ray of sunshine I can see was the director buying on market before the AGM. Being in the know, why would he do that without knowing that upside was guaranteed?
