Well looks like RL needed some funds to underwrite their next venture. Interestingly greeninvest will have a (diluted) market cap at listing greater than senetas of around 46 million and they will own over 80% of it, not a bad effort......

Green Invest is seeking to raise a minimum of $3 million and a maximum of $5 million at an Offer Price
of $1.00 per Share and is seeking Admission to the official list of the ASX. The Minimum Offer amount
of $3 million is fully underwritten.
Following a successful listing on the ASX, the existing shareholders in Green Invest will hold a combined
44.9 million Shares and options under the Minimum Offer (46.9 million under the Maximum Offer).
