Well, I was wrong yesterday when I reckoned something would be said yesterday. I now believe Nameuser is correct. If no agreement had been reached I would think that legal opinion not required for a negative announcement in which case it could surely have been made by now.
Assuming nothing comes in the next 2 hours we have to wait till Monday and we all need to start thinking positively
