ST, it's not really a battle, it's more the receiver getting the best deal they can for BP's creditors. It would be fair to assume BP as an entity has little or no money left. Someone or something has to pay the receivers bills and they don't come cheap. It may be also fair to assume that enough is enough and they just want to now close the books on the whole saga... they may be of the realisation that the stone has no blood left as we all seem to know well. I may be horribly wrong but as we all know, it's just a 5hit set of circumstances for all of which I'm sure the receiver doesn't want to involve their own money.....
