To all those complaining that the stock has been stagnating/dropping , we all need to take into consideration that a month ago BPH was only trading at ~4 cents, since then the stock is now trading at an increase of ~300% at , which is significantly more than many people had hoped for after NOPTA approval, with many predicting the share price to settle around ~ 10c after approval.
In the meantime, BPH has raised $9 million, at a price of 13c (once again, significantly higher than most post NOPTA predictions) from sophisticated investors... many of whom will ensure the price will not drop below 13c for the time being....
Of course, many people perceive the NOPTA approval as a binary outcome (rightly so) and somewhat of a 'gamble' - consequently , along the way there have been profit takers, panic sellers and people de-risking their positions- all culminating in somewhat of a stagnation and retrace of the share price. This is completely understandable and expected considering the extraordinary run only a couple of weeks ago.
Not to mention, in this crazy market, each day without concrete news (approval) is bad news.
The convoluted 'PEP 11 drilling' announcement that was heavily misinterpreted / misconstrued last week did little to support the share price either, and caused a flux of panic selling.
Additionally, there have been numerous nefarious characters who have been lurking the BPH threads, persistently down-ramping BPH for ostensibly selfish agendas - luring people into selling when perhaps they might not otherwise have.
IMO, all the aforementioned reasons have led to a drop in SP from the previous highs yet we must take into consideration how low we were trading at only a matter of weeks ago.
I believe that all the circumstantial evidence suggest we will receive NOPTA approval on Friday , in which all those who have held through these tumultuous times will be handsomely rewarded.
