Very simply put.
- Expiry extends until a decision, Ministers have no obligation on timing
- JA Process mean Barilaro should make his recommendation to Keithy before Keithy decides.
- But really its all on Keithy to make the call
- 30 days only is from Section 59 (b)(3) if Keithy makes a recommendation to Barilaro if he is too much of a coward to make a call (still haven't heard this is the case but could be)

They also have a second application- as it was submitted within 12 months of the expiry

- The expiry will remain active until 2 months after that was is decided (if a refusal that is)
- 2 months allows commercial decisions and reapplication of a new approval

Keithy boy is pretty bullish so we are all just waiting for either Barilaro to earn his keep or Keithy to make the call and the clock starts.
