Seriously it takes way too long. Just announce his decision already, and we can move on from all the anxious waiting and useless back-and-forth arguments that are happening here.
He has received both the NOPTA advice and JB's decision, which he said are among the most important sources that influence his decision. What are the extra pieces of information that hold him back from making the final decision?
