I'd say NOPSEMA approval is the next hurdle. Then they could go for a production license if they aren't already in a JV or bought out.
But that is a very summarised version of events in a perfect world. But the NOPTA approval is the first real step into getting to a potentially very profitable destination.
Im just a finance guy and don't have the level of knowledge as some do on this thread. I'm sure flameB has a very detailed explanation on it.
