I no longer know which thread to post in for BPH so lets try here.
So, am I correct in assuming that NOPTA have reached a final decision and informed Keith Pitt regarding PEP11? IT doesn't seem so if I read their website but many people here have said it's done.
In other words, we're really only waiting for KP to say yes or no? No other information is required from BPH or NOPTA for him to make a decision. Politics aside?
I'm asking this as these threads have been a tornado of information and I've found it difficult to work out what is fact or fiction.
