This highlights the worst aspect of the NEATS bar charts, they don't separate the time at each stage. So, the three days at further information received is in the past. Given the current status is "Further information Required", the number of days at "Further Information Received" will jump again once that information is provided. Same problem with "At Joint Authority", an application can go back and forwards between At Joint Authority and Further Information Required and those days are just combined with the previous total. Makes anything other than the current actual status somewhat meaningless unfortunately.
