    need to shop at aldi today...pack of 10 advocados for $3.00..versus 3.00 each at snakeway

    god knows how the farmers can make any money
    aldi promise all their fresh food is sourced in Aus
    versus imports by snakeway

    nice small tin tuna, with seeded mustard ..at safeway

    put it on toast..but prefer the tuna in springwater for the patty recipe


    I buy the frozen blue berries, and packs of mixed berries..
    500 gram packs for around $5.00 each
    that way they are available year round..and half the price of the fresh berries

    when the weather is warmer, I will head off to the farmers markets, and trash n treasure for the farmers produce..direct from the farmer each week
    it is a good way to support your local farmer...versus him being ripped off by the big 2 retailers

    I have the munchies for silverbeet today, I prefer the stronger flavour, compared to spinach..but spinach is healthier, on a nutritional basis...
