    Omega 3 fatty acids from fatty fish (salmon etc.)
    Choline from eggs and organ meats (all organ meats are actually incredibly rich in vitamins and minerals, more so by many factors than any of the fruits and vegetables)
    MCT's from coconut oil are true brain food!

    with regards to iron levels, high iron levels may definitely be a problem for modern men. there is however a great way to lower them (which also happens to be great for everyone else as well). Donating Blood!
