Hahaha, Fib, you ever finish the whole course? I went through Level 1 (it did help me level out my peaks and valleys, placebo or not) but I got freaked out when I find out they wanted to record my voice for Levels 2 & 3 (for bio-feedback). Never went through it. Tell you what though - these guys are persistent - they sent out enough CDs, DVDs, and follow-up printed promotional material to kill a Tasmanian forest!
