Well yes I have . Overwhelmingly this is a positive for the struggling economies that don't rely on oil to balance their budgets . Importantly it gives the US consumers confidence.
Longer term the good producers will adjust to whatever the base is and prosper . Longer term oil will also go up again ,timelines currently up in the air
