There have been a couple of attempts to support Copper, each of which have failed so far,
I see the futures as trying to hold on, but not looking particularly strong.

I have one of toastie's longer term charts which I find particularly interesting,
it is a little old though (early December), perhaps he might update it for us.

Hope he doesn't mind me posting it.......

Weekly
At the time it looked like it will either attempt to pick up the Blue dotted line,
or head down to the Red Median, like a price magnet.

The Red Median appeared most likely at the time......... and not much has changed.

My chart is much shorter term than that, roughly a 3hr chart, with a 1.25cent wave over it, and contract volume in 1,000's.
This shows a breakdown that was rejected and turned into a potential shakeout. And that breakdown is being tested again at the minute.

It's all a bit ambiguous at the minute really, so sideways to down is the highest probability right now I reckon.
