I initially ignored you when you mentioned it. Always bothered me how ten was the last (I think) to move online with streaming and playback content. Be interesting if they were the 'first' to do something new this time round.

Two out of three rule and the 75% reach rule. Could add some interesting FA for them if the changes actually transpire. Especially this 'theory' the method of radio and free to air broadcasting enabling data transfer as well easily and cheaply. But then adds additional license problems again. Telcos could factor in here somehow too.

Apologies this post is so garbled. Just 'penning' some thoughts to reread later. This one needs some further pondering on my part if we're even remotely thinking along the same lines.
