Comments on some of the ICT Security tickers recently highlight that having just a tad of specific knowledge of a sector/industry can give you an advantage over the masses. Or at lease let you trade around the group-think.
SEN, CVT and ZYB all have comments inferring that the Census DDOS might somehow help their respective prospects - when none of these companies provide products which would have any solution.
I guess the sector might do well from a general government announcement on improved IT Spend or similar though...
