Re: oil no idea if a shock will occur or not, but for mine it's a big watch as it's a major risk to global equities right now. Shock inflation would burst the bond bubble that is forming and take all risk assets down with it. OPEC agreement to cut prod may provide such a shock, but as i said earlier, it's likely to fizzle out. The fact that they are talking again, means we need to be wary.
