For the target on NAG I just took the width of the whole consolidation period from the first high at 12 to the subsequent low and then it did perfectly another little correction when it got back up to 12. So took the whole height of that pattern from the breakout at 12 - presto 17.8 and as you know it went to 20 in a state of exuberance. Doesn't always work and sometimes can be exceeded by a wide margin - such as SMN - but this particular pattern is pretty good. RAP didn't carry through as well as NAG and only took a measured move from the recent low just below 10. Perhaps it still will but will watch it for a bit.
