So if we use BKY chart as a leading stock indicator for the Aussie sector and the market like you have suggested is anticipating S&D /higher prices creating the FA for the next wave/cycle mentioned above to $3.60, and it does start at the end of 2016. Then I would say you are absolutely spot on with the investment timeframe of the 2016/2017 you mention from the current time, or at least give any ASX Ustocks that you hold room to breathe into early Q1 2018 for a chance at the absolute cream of this trade. Beyond that and for the last leg mentioned for 2020 I am sure there will be better things for us to chase by then and maybe only left holding a min free carry/ if any, to see it reaches the alltime LT dream target at 5 bucks.
Will post a chart and the tickers of others I follow when the software issue is fixed.
Interesting that approx. 1/3 of almost all the ASX u plays are now already on the move, above their very ST MA's 1/3 look set now or ready to run the initial leg up and 1/3^rd are either in final stages of their basing patterns or are about to finally die. There are some absolute mongrel charts amongst them that have some incredibly delicious TA and just like BKY are going to provide multi bags for those in early on the momentum trade.
Still looks like some of the early 2015 pharma stars that were picked on here want to get on with it early in 2016 as well as some other commodity plays in energy and base metals that are already being discussed so plenty to look forward to in the new year even if it takes the whole first halve to find its feet,

I think there's every chance BKY gets sold and it's not around come 2018 but will have to see. A smart, bigger fish, wanting a strategic european U asset, with reasonable NPV, even at a lower U price, could well see to that. No idea what the price would be but any suitor would likely want to move before the rwcovery begins imo.
