I went through a phase trying to play global markets through futures. I was right half the time and wrong half the time, but the times I was wrong I couldn't sleep. I kept getting out of bed and checking to see what markets were doing at 2 am. Just horrible stress and I will never try it again.

It's easier to follow the ASX micros that are hot, buy them if they haven't already gone up too much and then don't get caught up in the hype, take profits. The only stress I have had lately is selling too early! No money lost, LOL.
